Membership Pricing

We strive to organize the signature pop culture convention because we are fans ourselves.

We live, work, and play in the same neighborhoods as many of our attendees and even some of our creators.

High gas prices, rising food prices, and an uncertain economy affect us too. They makes us more aware than ever that we need to present real value in order to persuade people to purchase a membership, book a hotel room, and attend our convention.

For our 2009 show, we are doing the following to offer as much bang-for-your-buck as possible:

  1. Increasing the number of guests and bringing out bigger name guests for you to meet (as already evident with the addition of Marina Sirtis and Aaron Douglas!)
  2. Expanding our show to a full THREE days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) with a Thursday Preview Night. This means more parties, dances, and events than ever before.
  3. Increasing the age from 10 years to 12 years at which kids get in for free. Kids 12 years and younger now get in for free with a paid adult membership. We always aim to be a family friendly event and this hopefully maintains that promise.
  4. Finally, giving EVERYONE the opportunity to purchase a full event membership at LAST YEAR’S prices (for a limited time, of course).

Now till September 30th, you may purchase a full event membership for only $25.

Beginning October 1st and till January 21st, a full event membership will cost $30.
Full event memberships purchased at the door will be $35.

Single day memberships from now through our convention are:

Friday Single Day Membership $20
Saturday Single Day Membership $25
Sunday Single Day Membership $15

Purchase memberships now!

Full Event Membership with Thursday Preview night $25 (till Sept 30th)

Friday only single day Membership $20

Saturday only single day Membership $25

Sunday only single day Membership $15

We are aware of the possibility of a sell out for Saturday at our convention. We are allocating a set number of Saturday single day memberships that will be adjusted according to sales of our full event memberships. Your best bet is to purchase a membership early (whether it is a full event or a single day membership). Purchase of a membership (Single day or full event) does grant you access to that day. We cannot guarantee how long we will be able to offer single day membership sales, though.
We have a great convention being planned by a growing group of dedicated and passionate volunteers. Our 2009 and 2010 shows should surpass anything seen before in Arizona. We hope you’ll choose to be a part of our convention by attending.

Gratefully,
